You can visit the 'I Want Great Care' website and give us your feedback online by answering a few short questions. There is also space for you to tell us about your experience in your own words. This is all completely anonymous. You can read all the reviews we have received to date here. We have paper versions of the 'I Want Great Care' feedback form which are located in the reception area at the hospice. You are welcome to collect one on your next visit or alternatively, we can post them to you.

Hearing about experiences that have not been 100% positive helps us improve the care we provide. We have a robust complaints procedure which is designed to make sure every complaints is taken seriously, and that all concerns raised are used to improve the care we offer.
