Home is where the heart is. If you are having difficulty managing symptoms like pain or sickness, or are in need of some hands-on care at home, then our community teams are here to support you wherever you call home.
Your room, your comfort, your care…your way. A stay on the bedded unit is all about you. It’s a home from home where we can help with your symptoms and create magical memories with you. If you stay with us, we are here for you round-the-clock, to give you the dignity and comfort you deserve.
Life-limiting illnesses, such as cancer, create a storm in the lives of all involved. We’ll walk beside you and your family, every step of the way. We’ll create uplifting moments and help you all navigate your journey together.
Our Supportive Care Team can offer emotional support within the safety of our wonderful hospice community. We welcome patients, carers and family members to attend a programme of groups and events alongside complementary therapies and one to one support. We can also provide bereavement support when you need us and have a hub of self help tools for you to access as required.
